Hi, I'm Amy - founder and owner of Bèl Kòz Haiti! Bèl Kòz means 'beautiful cause' in Haitian Creole - and that's exactly what drives everything we do. We employ Haitian artisans to make our clay beads providing dignified jobs, my husband and I then design and handcraft each piece of jewelry in Indiana.

When you see and touch each bead imagine the process it takes before reaching Indiana. See the artisans hands digging up the clay; sifting out the impurities. See fingers gently forming each bead and painting the glaze. Hands sliding each bead onto the metal rods + loading the kiln. Hands creating each and every unique bead into a beautiful work of art for you to wear! See lives being transformed through dignified work; parents able to provide for their families.
