Description:

We are a family of olive growers and olive oil producers in Tunisia. We grow olives in our own groves and crush them in our own mill, where they are also bottled. We handle the entire process ourselves, and each family member is deeply knowledgeable about every detail of olive oil — from farming to health benefits.
We love holiday markets because they give us the opportunity to answer the many questions and curiosities shoppers have, and to help educate them about olive oil, all while enjoying a festive, delightful atmosphere celebrating the holidays.
We have three product lines:
1) Co-Crushed Flavored Olive Oil

Unlike infused oils, we add real fruits and herbs — lemon, orange, rosemary, and green chili pepper — while crushing the olives to make the oil. The result is a highly aromatic oil that can be used as one of the healthiest dressings available, made using the most natural method possible.
2) High-Polyphenol Organic EVOO

Our best work to date. This oil is made with great care and precision, boasting a polyphenol (olive oil antioxidant) level of 1200 mg/kg — 7x higher than average olive oils. Polyphenols are associated with cardiovascular support and anti-inflammatory activity. This is the kind of oil people take shots of.
3) Olive Wood Products

Because we dry-farm, we lose several trees each year. Rather than let that wood go to waste, we use it to craft unique kitchen items — cutting boards, spoons, and bowls — each with a distinctive grain pattern that shoppers love.
